Senator Rucker Receives Legislative Leadership Award for the Arts

In the Summer 2020 edition of Art Works Magazine, published by the West Virginia Department of Arts, Culture and History, West Virginia State Senator Patricia is cited for a Legislative Leadership Award for the category of  Arts in Education.  

“I am honored to have received this award”, said Senator Rucker, “I believe that the Arts are an important part of the education process – it’s a necessary component of a well rounded education experience”.
